General terms of use

1. Subject and parties

These General Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the DRIVER REGISTER platform provided by „Пикник Транс" ЕООД (PIKNIK TRANS EOOD), EIK 203321508, with registered office and address: 10 Stefan Karadzha St., 5400 Sevlievo, Bulgaria ("Provider"). By registering and using the platform, the member company ("User") accepts these terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" — DRIVER REGISTER available at driverregister.eu.

"User" — a registered and verified member transport company.

"Employment record" — limited information about employer and period of employment.

"Check" — a search for a specific, previously known candidate.

3. Access and eligibility

The platform is closed. Access is granted only by invitation, after the company has been verified, and only to registered members. Registration is not open to the public. Users must keep their access credentials confidential and are responsible for actions carried out through their accounts.

4. Purpose and permissible use

The platform serves only to pre-verify the claimed work history of a specific candidate for a professional driver. The user is responsible for having a legal basis for the specific inspection.

5. Obligations of the filing company

Submits true, accurate and current employment records.

Submits data only for persons for whom there is reason.

She is responsible for the reliability of the data submitted by her and corrects them upon request.

6. Files for manual processing

When automatic reading does not produce a correct result, the User may voluntarily send the original file for manual processing through the platform. The file may contain personal data. By sending it, the User confirms that it has a legal basis to provide the data and that the data relates to permitted use of the platform. The file is sent to the support service mailbox and is used only to process the request and related communication. It is deleted after the processing and communication are complete, unless an applicable legal obligation requires longer retention.

7. Prohibited actions

Bulk data extraction, automated access or "scraping" beyond intended functionality.

Attempts to de-anonymize or recover protected identifiers.

Search without a specific pre-known candidate.

Sharing or providing access to third parties.

Using the result for unlawful discrimination or for an automatic decision made solely on the basis of the test.

8. Role of the platform

The platform is a neutral registry. It does not rate or rank individuals and does not guarantee the completeness of the data, as it depends on the information submitted by the companies. A lack of results does not mean a lack of professional experience.

9. Suspension and termination

In case of violation of these conditions, the Provider may suspend or terminate access. An account may be blocked or removed from the registry, and submitted employment records may be retained for registry purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Within the limits permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate data submitted by Users or from using the results in violation of these conditions. The user is responsible for his own data and the way he uses the platform.

11. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

12. Amendments to the terms

The Provider may amend these conditions by notifying the Users. Continued use after the changes take effect is considered acceptance.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to these conditions. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and in case of failure - by the competent Bulgarian court. Supervisory authority for personal data protection is КЗЛД.
