What is DRIVER REGISTER?

A closed industry tool for transport employers to pre-verify the claimed work history of a specific professional driver candidate. Only confirms employer and period of employment.

Is this a people finder?

No. You can't browse random people, you can't open a list of drivers, and you can't see who works for a company. The check is always for a specific, previously known candidate.

Who can use the platform?

Only invited and verified transport companies. There is no open registration or unrestricted search for individuals.

What information do I see about a candidate?

Employer and employment start and end dates only — and only if there is a match for the person entered.

How do I add data?

In two ways: upload a list file (the system recognizes the columns) or enter one record manually. In either case, the name and personal identifier do not remain readable in the database after saving.

Is there a limit on searches?

Yes. To protect against abuse, there is a limit on the number of searches per minute and per day.

What is Member ID and QR code?

Membership number and identification code. You show the QR code to a partner, they scan it and see an official page confirming that you're an active member — without any drivers' personal data.

Security and Legality

Do you store personal identifiers and names?

Not in readable form. Personal identifiers (EGN, PESEL and CNP) are protected by a cryptographic function and an additional secret value that is not stored in the database or provided to the browser. Names are protected in a similar way.

What happens when hacking?

The permanent online database does not contain readable lists of names and personal identifiers, so even a copy of it is not a readable list of individuals. Archive data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM, with the key protected by RSA-OAEP 4096-bit), and the private decryption key is not stored on the server.

Is this legal?

The model is built on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6, §1, b. "e" of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with a minimum volume of data and technical guarantees. The model was submitted for opinion to КЗЛД before actual use.
