How to use the DRIVER REGISTER Platform

1. What is DRIVER REGISTER

DRIVER REGISTER is a closed industry tool for transport employers. It serves one specific purpose: to pre-verify an applicant's claimed employment history.

For a specific candidate, the platform confirms which employer they worked for and their employment start and end dates. The platform does not evaluate professional qualities and does not assign ratings — it is a neutral registry.

2. Access to the Platform

The platform is not public and registration is not open to everyone. Access is granted only:

with an invitation from an already registered company or from an administrator;

after verifying the credibility of your company;

for registered members of the platform.

After receiving an invitation, follow the link from it and enter the verification code to create an account. For subsequent logins, use email and password.

3. Dashboard (home screen)

Dashboard is your home screen after logging in. From it you see:

the membership card of the company and its status (active member or required action);

the number of added work records and remaining invitations;

search field in the registry;

partner benefits (discounts with platform partners).

4. Addition of employment records

As an employer, you can submit historical employment records for individuals who have worked for you. There are two ways:

4.1. Upload a file

Select a file containing the list (common spreadsheet formats are supported). The system attempts to recognize the columns automatically: personal identifier (EGN, PESEL or CNP), name, start date and end date. If a column is not recognized, assign it manually before saving.

4.2. Manual entry of a single record

Enter the details for one driver: personal identifier, full name, employment start date and end date, then save the record directly in the register.

Important: when a record is saved, the name and personal identifier are used temporarily to create the protected record. They do not remain readable in the permanent database; they are stored only in protected cryptographic form.

5. Search for a candidate

Search only when you have a specific candidate and their details. Enter the candidate's personal identifier or name to see any matching employment history: employer and period.

To protect against abuse, there is a limit on the number of searches (per minute and per day). The platform does not allow the reverse operation — to enter a company and see who works or has worked in it.

6. Invitations

From the "Invite" tab, you can invite another verified transport company. The number of invitations is limited and can be seen on the Dashboard.

7. Member identification (Member ID and QR code)

Each company receives a member ID and a QR code. They serve as identification in front of partners: you show the QR code or link to a partner (service, tires, insurance, etc.), he scans it and sees a public page that confirms in real time that you are an active member of DRIVER REGISTER.

This page does not contain personal data of drivers - it shows company name, membership number, status and validity.

8. Invoices and payments

In ‘Invoices and payments’, enter your invoicing details and create an invoice. You can pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout page or by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Each invoice's status (for example, ‘awaiting payment’) appears in the list.

9. Company profile

In the "Company Profile" you keep the manager/contact person, phone number and contact email up to date. The contact email may be different from the email you sign in with.

10. What the platform does NOT do

Not a people finder — random faces cannot be viewed.

Does not show who works or has worked in a given company.

Does not open the list uploaded by another company.

Does not rate or rank drivers.

11. Responsible Use

The search is carried out for a specific candidate in the selection process. As a submitting company, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and submit it only to persons for whom you have reason to. The result of the screening should not be used for illegal discrimination and does not replace the other stages of the selection.

12. Maintenance

If you have a question or suspect a wrong entry, contact us at: office@driverregister.eu. We will check and adjust if necessary.
